All payments in advance via Yoco secure online payment, or EFT. We will only order your products and start work on it once payment has cleared.

Shipping takes place via Pudo. You may also collect in Hopetown, or send your own courier to collect.

When you personalise products, where for example, 15 items will be the same, you may upload one text description and/or an image, and increase the quantity to e.g. 15 before you add it to your cart.
When you personalise products where each will have a different name, photo, etc., you need to add the description/image per product, and add them individually to your cart, in order to have,, for example 15 products, each with a unique text description or image.
